Our stay at this luxurious hotel was extraordinary. The exclusive amenities were beyond our expectations, fulfilling all of our needs. The spa and wellness centre, as well as the swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi, were exceptional. The outdoor area was well-maintained with sun loungers, a sun terrace, and beach umbrellas. The private facilities were the highlight of our stay with the poolside snack bar, picnic area, and outdoor dining area. The location was a piece of paradise with direct beach access.

The only minor issue we encountered was the restaurant's prices, which were slightly high for the portions served. Nonetheless, the quality of the food was excellent, and the in-room breakfast was both delicious and convenient.

Guests enjoy spacious rooms with comfortable beds and well-maintained bathrooms. the staff provides excellent service, being very helpful with recommendations and requests. Breakfast is excellent, with a variety of options to choose from. The resort features a free-form pool and private beach access, perfect for snorkeling and shell searching.

Some guests have experience issues with limited staff availability at the beach restaurant and bar.

We stayed at this resort during Christmas and enjoyed the festive vibe. The decoration was tasteful and the staff was dressed in cute Santa hats. The food at the restaurant was good, especially the grilled seafood. The pool was clean and refreshing, and the beach club had a nice view of the sea.

There were some negative aspects to our stay. The room was not as clean as we expected with dirty sheets and towels.

The location of the hotel is perfect to explore Lombok's beautiful south beaches. The view from the hotel room was breathtaking. The lovely sandy beach at the front of the hotel was excellent for swimming and snorkeling. The breakfast was fresh and delicious with a wide variety of choices.
